In 2010 it will be held the weekend before (or maybe after) Veteran's Day 2010, November 6 ( or 13 ). Activities start Saturday afternoon about 1:00 with games. Dinner is at about 4:00. Top Sirloin, Beans, Potato Salad, Bread, BBQ Sauce and beverages.

Overnight floor space (first come, first serve), Yard space is available for camping or RVs. In Deming, motels are plentiful, very inexpensive and within 3 miles of Don's home.
A raffle ticket is yours when you check in. There are usually door prizes for almost everyone. Dinner will be served after tire kicking followed by a 50/50 raffle.
