Name (or names)
Address
Phone number
Are you a veteran?
Type of bike you will ride
Email address
If you registered in previous years and the info hasn't changed (same address, phone, type of bike and email) just send your name.
No money will be collected until October 2011. You will be sent a reminder note with the amount and address. It is expected to be $10 again next year.
